Q: How does your system work?
A: Our pharmacies use the eCadence Process for Prescribing, Dispensing and Shipping Non Controlled Prescription Drugs on Mail Order using the Physician patient/physician Relationship Agreement Consulting Process, Pharmacy Dispensing Process, Electronic Secure Prescription process and Online Patient Information Capturing Process.

Q: Is your system safe and secure?
A: eCadence is Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and US Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant. eCadence is also SSL secured with COMODO.

Q: How do I securely request my required prescription drug?
A: To participate in this program please select your choice of prescription medicine at 247pharmacy.org and click the "Order Now" button. This will take you to our secure platform where you can create a new customer account by selecting the link "I'm a new patient". Then complete the check out process by requesting the prescription drug you require and our pharmacy customer service will e mail and call you to arrange your free physician consultation for you.

Q: How is my order shipped to me?
A: Your order is shipped to you free of charge using USPS Priority mail, Royal Mail or Vanuatu Post with a tracking number and signature required on delivery receipt. eCadence e mails you this tracking number which enables you to track your parcel through the USPS website: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction!input.action".

Q: Can I order larger quantities ?
A: We only ship the medications in the quantity listed on the web site.

Q: How will the product be packaged?
A: All packages are shipped in plain packaging to protect your privacy.

Q: How do I reorder?
A:You can re-order through your account. Our head pharmacist has set the reorder time limits for each drug. This limit is reviewed by our computer system every time you order.
